Reboot Delete File Ex is a free program designed to simply delete a file on the next reboot. The program safely delete files locked or in use by other applications, including malware files that cannot be deleted using the normal file deletion. It also enables you to mark the file for deletion on the next reboot.
Wipes contents of deleted files so that nobody would be able to recover them.
Delete files and overwrite the free space with blank data to prevent recovering.
